To really deliver quality software is more than just slinging code. The code itself, while it represents the product itself, is a smaller percentage of what is required to truly ship quality software. In this discussion with Josh Holmes, we will explore ensuring that you're solving the right problem for the right customer in the right way.

Great reminders of what makes quality software, how to work in an environment of trust, how diversity is important because it actually improves our quality, and more. And, as always, dynamic and engaging!

Josh was as engaging as always! I loved every moment of this talk and so many pieces resonated strongly. I especially appreciated the section on Celebrating Outcomes -- Been there, done that with the app ready to launch only to find out that the business premise behind it was based on a completely flawed assumption about the customer (not the users). I also greatly appreciated the section on Diversity of Thought and how important it is to ensuring quality because it ensures we are looking at the problem from many different angles.
