Great presentation. Really happy that I saw Mark in person. Talking about a real life problem is always more entartaining and easier to understand. I think his favorite cat is Ramon. If you work with a lot of data, the presentation is for you.

A pleasant talk, indeed. And the cats.. they were the extra ingredient of making it even more interesting for the crowd. Thank you!

Mark's relaxed attitude and calming voice with clear instructions, use cases, and fun anecdotes, made this highly unorthodox topic sound very interesting and logical. Including the code as a usable github repo was a nice additional touch. If I had one suggestion, it would be to change the color on the code slides from blue to something else - the contrast is too weak, and it can be hard to read the blue on gray. Other than that, perfect!

Great talk, great real world solution, and filter map reduce explanations. I enjoyed this talk.

I really enjoyed this talk, some advanced concepts were presented using interesting real offline problem. Speakers skills on high level, well done Mark!

One of the lectures I enjoyed the most. Mark gave us an example of real everyday problem and PHP solution for it... Afterwards I talked to him and he was so open and willing to share his knowledge... Real gentleman
