Good presentation, but a little basic on where I am right now. Nothing against the talk, but it would have been handy to have a skill level on some of the sessions.
The main value of this talk for me was that I realized I didn't so much inherit a "legacy" code base that can be refactored, as a "pre-legacy" code base that will need to be rewritten.

Enjoyed the presentation for ideas on where and how to start on the refactoring instead of just seeking to rewrite the entire application.
