Great stuff!
I liked everything. The presentation, slides, information and knowledge of speaker.

Great talk with a coverage on a lot of technologies and concepts but it provoked an afterthought - a question on what is the cost of having setup like this and having it constantly improved with all the infrastructure and constant thinking, planning and making design decisions to keep pushing without braking backwards compatibility. Sometimes a 30-40 min production downtime seems cheaper than a 30-40 day migration plan by 2-3 senior engineers which could be used to create features.

Disclaimer: I'm not a developer, so I cannot comment on the topic itself because I don't know much about the technologies discussed. The talk was entertaining (I suppose you can't go wrong with funny GIFs), and the presenter was very well prepared. Plus, listening to that British accent is pure joy :))
