The talk goal is to try to understand the direction frameworks and PHP are heading to and how that's connected with the business needs, developer needs, web trends and more. Hope there will be less questions like "what should I learn" or "what framework should I use".

Intersting views and thoughts about current php framework options
Very good overview of current PHP ecosystem, speaker was understandable (while having an accent). I liked the amount of experise speaker has shown on competing frameworks, showing us they do look into good practices and ideas that are developing around them.
I'm not sure he sold me on the idea of trying Yii, maybe I would like to see more concrete examples of when/why to use it ...

- try to avoid having walls of texts (even when discuissed as bullet points), try having one topic on 1 slide
