Chris was very inclusive of the group - encouraging questions and solutions from the audience. This helped create a well-rounded presentation that included many different opinions. There isn't one "best" way to do it; a lot depends a lot on your organization and the ones you're providing support for.
Going to give this 5 thumbs up, because of how well the presenter did in engaging with the audience. I like a presentation when the audience has time to share their own ideas, examples, and ask lots of questions.
