Good information, i would just suggest some work on your slides to make them a bit more relevant to the topic you are speaking about at the time. Good job thought, keep working on this talk and it will come together.

Liked it, challenged me to put into practice some of the things that I say I believe in but don't do.

Good talk. My company already implements the things discussed during the presentation, but even so there were still some insightful tidbits along the way. A really good overview of how software SHOULD be deployed!

When mentioning database deployment you might want to give a nod to Liquibase. It's not perfect but it's better than manually doing the updates / rollbacks (plus it is very helpful when setting up development and testing environments).

I currently work in an environment that uses a very basic VCS that only serves to prevent code from being over written. A high level overview of a simple system to implement that will help make the deployment process better was very helpful.

This was a very good high-level overview regarding the process. I was looking for more details regarding the tools, but the information was still generally helpful.

You did well even though you were nervous.

I got a lot from this talk. I agree about doing code reviews. I came away with some great ideas. One of my favorite of the conference.
