Amazing talk. Hits the nail on the head about communication in the present day.

Sharon's bravery is clearly on display here. Very inspiring talk with interesting insight into understanding cliques and the power of empathy on collaboration.

Really good talk about communication and overcoming personal struggles!!!

I really enjoyed and found very inspiring the testimonial of the speaker, her bravery and inner strength to overcome her fears in the area of communication. However, given that this is a PHP conference, I would have been more interested in a talk more in congruency with the field of innovation or technology given that this talk was scheduled as a major Keynote. Maybe talks like this can instead be added on the agenda as supplemental talks.

While the talk centered around many common talking points for presentations on communication, Sharon's theories about our "in-groups" provided a fascinating "us v. them" contrast that put a new frame around a common topic. It was clear this was a very personal talk for Sharon, and I'm very pleased that she shared it with the group.

What I learned the most was the inspirational way to face the obstacles.

I really loved your talk and how you broke down the ways that we could work better together by being patient with ourselves as well as feeling empathy to others!

Made me think of how many times we just complain instead of facing the obstacle..

I loved the combination of personal anecdotes and broad concepts to apply. Also, featured childhood pic of speaker was so adorable I about died. Really impressed by the content and delivery. Thank you.

Truly inspirational.

Excellent presentation despite obvious nerves! :)
