Nice overview of how you ended up building your own deployment tool and what sets it apart from others. Although some of it was now prompted by questions during/after the talk: maybe those are good points to include in your talk preemptively! Since we worked together during the speaker workshop, I couldn't help but notice some hand fidgeting and laptop glancing: maybe a presentation clicker would help there? But otherwise your delivery was calm and collected, you knew your stuff, so good job!
Interesting subject. Speaking itself could go a bit more smooth. So an extra practice round or something like it. Over good interesting talk. I might even do a contrib to accompli soon.
