Great talk ... I have your book but this talk helped me get a better understanding of what you talk about in the book. I'm interested in many of the advanced topics you talked about as well ... are there other resources you can recommend?
Very interesting whirlwhind tour. The talk was well done. I'd like to have had more introduction to key names, books and resources given the breadth of the topic.
I hadn't heard much about DDD before this talk, so some of the concepts might have been over my head. It seems like DD is just a framework for:
A) Gathering requirements from the client(aka - domain manager)
B) Writing code to meet those requirements
Is that accurate?
@Bill - 2 suggestion:
1) You sounded knowledgeable about the topic area throughout your presentation, however you established instant credibility with me at the end when you revealed the books you had authored. Mentioning that at the beginning of your talk to establish more credibility at the outset should help participants that don't know you to trust you and your message
2) The presentation was a bit dry. Maybe it was the subject matter or my lack of deep interest in it, but I couldn't feel your passion for DDD
Great talk! I do think the 60 minute format did a bit of a disservice. I can totally see where you can go into incredible amounts of detail on both the requirements collection and then code implementation aspects.
The last half of the presentation was great. The beginning seemed very slow and not immediately relevant. I wish you would have grabbed my attention earlier with some code and diagrams up front before diving into definitions and theory.
Cannot say enough positive about this talk. This is how I have always thought about modelling and code. Delighted to see that there is an established body of thought and a methodology that will allow me to put into practice the gut feeling I have always wanted to implement. ;-)

Great job squeezing this topic into 60 minutes. Very inspiring. Already ordered a copy of the Evans on Amazon.
The topic is probably too broad to cover in 60 minutes. Would have liked to see more concrete examples.
