Have you ever read a "Good morning" in an international IRC-Channel shortly before you leave the office for lunch? In international business time is an illusion as everywhere is a different time. In this talk we'll dive into he depths of Timezones and how to handle them. We'll see why timezones are important and why and how they started to exist. And of course we'll examine how to handle those little buggers efficiently in code and database.

Funny and well brought
Made me rethink my time storing strategies
Andreas is hilarious! This talk has it all: laughs, history lesson, current problems and how to deal with them.
If I where *forced* to give a tip, the only thing I would say is remove the few slides that have bulletpoints. You don't need it!
I liked the history lesson, the practical advice and the humor. It might be useful to add some content on the differences between timestamps and datetimes, past and future. That may be useful to put your advice (which, if I understood correctly was mainly about datetimes) into context. Oh, and if you ever need another example of timezone insanity (and you haven't seen this one yet): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_Indiana#Time_zones.
Very brilliant talk, great balance between real world and how it translates in PHP code.
