Design Thinking or human-centered design has been a hot topic for a few years now. You know you should be integrating more User Research into your projects, but do you know what to do, when to do it and how do you do it? How do you incorporate user feedback when you are working at breakneck speeds with tight deadlines?

Join us to learn how Four Kitchens applies human-centered design methodologies when working with clients.

What we'll cover
- What is Design Thinking? (2 min)
- What is Design Thinking process? (3 min)
- Design Thinking methodologies (20 min - can make this shorter to have more flexibility of time)
- Case Study: An example of how Four Kitchens applied Design Thinking process to a client project. (5-10 min this can be shorter for more flexibility of time)

What you can do afterwards
- Find additional resources for Design Thinking
- Introduce Design Thinking to your organization
- Have a better understanding of different design thinking methodologies
-- Why you should use a certain methodology
-- What information is gathered with that methodology
-- When to apply them within a project timeline.

Who should attend
- Entire project team: UX Designers/Strategists, Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, Project Managers, Product
- Managers
- Business Development and Sales

Ideally this would be part of the same session, but if scheduling is difficult we could set up as a BOF. I'm going to recruit additional people to help lead the groups trying out the methodologies, but I'm still working on schedules with people.
