This talk duplicated a lot of the content from last year's keynote. I loved that keynote, but I was hoping for something a little more fresh this year. I also felt like the conclusion was largely a complaint about how the users prevented you from rolling out a useful tool. This didn't strike me as particularly productive, and I would have liked to hear more about how you are going to address that issue going forward.
