Technically, these ladies did a great job presenting. They did a great job delivering information and engaging the audience. It was really hard to tell from the title and abstract what to expect from the presentation.

The was the most informative session I attended during the conference. The presenters knew their information because they live it daily. Materials was presented very well. I would suggest a follow up at the next UNC Cause Conference.

I didn't get quite the "nuts and bolts" overview that I was expecting. It was obvious that they'd struggled and succeeded, but it didn't come through.
