This was a great talk. Dave thanks for taking my question about splitting databases. I know thats not an easy question to answer, just as there's about 80 ways to skin a cat (maybe more!!) The information provided was great, I like to hear what Oracle is doing for the MySQL database as I find I'm working there more than Oracle!!
Very good talk, nicely presented by a very pleasant and knowledgeable speaker. Dave had some great metrics to go along with the presentation, and to direct people on where to put their energy. A great companion piece to Jonathan Klein's talk on High Performance PHP.
