Excellent talk, pitched just right for a mix of intermediate and experienced developers. Good mix of PHP examples and background knowledge, it's always good to learn about or be reminded of other programming languages.

In future, erring on the side of large text in code examples won't hurt, but that's a common problem for me. Simon took the time to make sure everyone could read things and helped out where needed.

Good Q&A too.
