Very fun, highly informative talk. Would have liked to hear specific examples of what libraries are Doing It Right, but those are probably provided in slides.
This talk alone made the conference worthwhile for me. Elizabeth's passion, interest, and knowledge shined alongside a ton of information. I wish we could have had a longer talk -- Elizabeth certainly has a lot more to teach us. A terrific talk!
