Super interesting, I suggest the speaker to make more defined examples software related and to give a more opinionated view about facts. Tools are great but practices knowledge are a plus.

come già ho notato ieri, purtroppo c'è poca efficacia nella "trasformazione" delle esperienze soggettive in speech utili agli altri. non basta una buona idea, è la realizzazione che conta.

A good starting point for a complex subject, lacking of a proper closure about the outcome you may gain and what kind of advise you can offer that differs from on a established process.
