The topic is basic but still very important. Unfortunately the speaker was a bit too quick in the explanation. Also, the slides were not always clear. I suggest to add a "Summary" to the talk and divide it into several "Chapters", with significant breaks between them, i.e.
* aside cache
* read/write through
* write behind
* know your data
* conclusions

Entertaining and interesting, congratulations to the speaker for such a well performed talk. The topic is correctly approached and explained with clarity.

Mi è piaciuto molto il taglio dell'esposizione, fatta di esperienze personali più che di consigli e best practices che comunque si possono sempre trovare nei libri; ho apprezzato inoltre il fatto che abbiano sottolineato tutti quei "side effects" propri del BDD, come lo sviluppo della conoscenza del dominio, l'aumentare della collaborazione e la realizzazione delle sole feature necessarie, a partire da un nocciolo minimo e sufficiente per poter rendere l'idea al committente.

Back to basics. With a talk that is both funny and serious, the speaker reminds us how that you CAN do excellent code with PHP. One of those talks that should be replayed at every conference.
