Coming from someone that has done may stupid things, me, I thought your talk was good. Calling this talk Lessons Learned would just not have the same pizzazz. . . .
While I am not a java developer, seeing this talk made me very happy to be a C# developer. It is nice to see that the 2 languages are doing many of the same things.
Good talk, I have seen a number of talks on F#, this one provide a unique and refreshing perspective.
While I am not a java developer, it was interesting to see the "other sides" tool/techniques.
Good Talk Amir. I like the idea of using MVC to send data to Silverlight. Also like the comparison between the MV* patterns.
I would have preferred more comparisons between BD or Railo vs. CF rather than theory about free and open source software.
Ted is always a superb presenter.
I was there, but Mr. Piller wasn't. If he had some sort of emergency that prevented his appearance we should have been informed.
I agree with enygma, the talk was more of an intro compared to "enterprise". I think the speaker was well spoken and understands the content. I feel authentication/security was very short and needed more follow up.
Speaker knew his subject, kept on it, and delivered real value in the time he was allotted. His talk started the day well.
