I love the fact that the organisers have kept DPC going online through the Covid times; but I will be glad for a return to the RIA next year. DPC is still one of my favourite conferences, and while the RAI might have all the ambience of a hospital (although it has the advantage of being air conditioned, while my apartment isn't), it's a great event for meeting people, the unconference, the hackathons, as well as the incredible talks and presentations that I've seen there over the years, and the traditions like ice cream and the post-conference pancakes.
But well done iBuildings (and all the sponsors) for providing an alternative virtual conference until the world begins to recover; and making it free for access so that it's available to an even wider audience
