Sûrement une bonne présentation de l'outils pour ceux qui ne le connaissait pas.

Une bonne conférence à propos de la méthode Lean, malgré un déséquilibre entre la présentation des outils permettant de recueillir des métriques au détriment de l'utilisation concrète de ces métrique dans la conduite de projet.

On touche à la perfection à tous les niveaux là.

Tout très bien, les difficultés et les points forts sont bien mis en avant. Très bon échange d'expérience.

@ Grégory Pelletier : On s'était inspirés de Bashfr (maintenant Dans Ton Chat).

@ Nicolas : In the talk I clearly mentioned what was good and bad in our decisions. And I don't really agree with your conclusion: If we didn't take things seriously at the time we wouldn't be here today. The key point of this — also in my conclusion — is that we needed to focus on what really mattered in order to keep the website up while handling the buzz around it.

It would have been nice to have a little chat together. I have no doubt that some of our choices may be violating some "good" practices (even if I'm always a little cautious with what people refer as "good"). We obviously still have to improve our processes, and having some divergent comments could have been a good opportunity to test new things.

Maybe another time ;)
