Great reminder that even fast bandwidth connection doesn't mean we can wast bytes without consequences. Alistair delivered detailed overview of what's happening on each request/response and technical principles we need to keep in mind.

Talk was a bit fast paced, but followed by great discussion with more practical examples, also showing options how to involve (and reward) company and customer in the contribution process.
