Useful information. I would have liked to have seen more tools demoed.

Very knowledgeable and the end product was a very useful demo for the tools discussed in the presentation. I took away exactly what I was looking for from this workshop.

I think having some prepared branches ahead of time with the different examples that you highlighted during the presentation would allow attendees to follow along with the code while also having that next step available to them if something went awry while they tried to follow along.

I don't think I've ever left a Scott Keck-Warren talk without having learned something. Great information presented clearly, a must-see talk for anyone who ever has to work with a database.

A really insightful talk, served with a good bit of humor and several book recommendations to boot. An excellent start to the main portion of the conference!

I never would have guessed that this was Charles' first conference talk! The talk itself focused heavily on Charles' libraries and tooling, but could be expanded to also cover database testing in a broader sense: when (and when not!) to use it, advantages and disadvantages of certain strategies, performance considerations, etc.

Overall the talk had a lot of great content, and I'm definitely excited to see how it evolves!

We learned so much about accessibility — why it matters, the legal aspects (especially within the EU), and a variety of tools to help check and improve it. The session was both insightful and inspiring.

What really stayed with me was the reminder that disabilities benefiting from accessibility can also be temporary or situational — a perspective that makes inclusive design even more meaningful. Could using a phone have been seen as a “disability” years ago? Yes, and that thought truly stuck with me.

It was a very interesting and thought-provoking session — thank you!

Really good intro to Cloudflare zero trust, accessible demos (we could browse to the site being demonstrated live from Josh's laptop) and good descriptions of why we'd need these. No sales pitch, just good info for products we can mostly use for free
