"Sometimes you take on a role you never expected and it teaches you something new" <- teaching people to overcome their own perceived limitations by putting themselves in uncomfortable situations is a challenge. It's how we grow and learn and develop and advance but is never easy to do.

I loved this talk and the focus on learning and growing (and certifications).

Covering that contributions can be simple - like fixing "just a typo" - is critical for new contributors. My first contribution to WordPress, that started a long career in software, was literally removing whitespace from an `option`. I love that someone is helping people realize that even small contributions are valuable :-)

Speaker is engaging and energetic. Slides are easy to read and fun. There was much food for thought.

This talk was top tier, amazing! Loved learning all about using local AI, determining which to use, evaluating models, tools you are using, and why and how evaluate. Great talk!

Thank you so much for the talk and for your work. I knew maybe 50% of what was in the presentation, and I thought I was more aware than others. I echo Anna's comment about the font size, but I loved all the ElePHPants.

Good content. Learned new things about the foundation. Too much about AI. Font too small, had to zoom on the video to be able read.
