Josh is part technologist, part motivational speaker, and all amazing.

Good talk; already a convert but got a couple of nuggets I'd never thought about. Thanks!

Love hearing Josh talk. He's very dynamic and engaging and has a way of communicating his points, even ones that can sometimes feel preachy, in a way that is not preachy. I think my favorite part/slide/quote is "You should make your best people managers #False"

Excellent content and delivery.

Great stuff on testing. I've been testing but this approach to class design by writing tests and scenarios first is great. I mean I know what TDD is, but actually doing it in a workshop was so helpful.

A good keynote with good points about leadership that all of us can achieve.

Josh has a great speaking voice. I didn't even notice that the mic wasn't on when he had started speaking!

Fantastic information for a tool that I'll now be integrating on every project going forward. I didn't know exactly what PHPStan would do for me before but I think I'm quickly going to wonder how I got along without it. Building a rule bot a little over my head, but I think that's more a function of my attention span and ability to absorb limited amounts of knowledge at one time.

Brandon gave a great tutorial on OO design principles. He gave good examples, backed up with code, to help explain various concepts. He clearly defined the SOLID principles and other design patterns and anti-patterns. He spoke at a good pace and was articulate. Great tutorial for a PHP conference.
