Second time I've seen this talk and I appreciate it especially since it shows so much of the way you can change/hack Magento behavior. The addition of actual code samples made it very useful.

Great talk with some interesting findings. Nice to get my hands dirty on next time a shop is slow.
For me personally it could do with a little less numbers, maybe just a link to them but that was the only remark :)
