Good venue for talks. Lots of accomodation around. The food hall was disappointing with few options. The organisation was as awesome as ever if not better than previous years (t-shirt delivery not withstanding).
The only really big problem for me was the location. The only viable transport link is train and the trip from m Scotland cost over £250 and took 9 hours from Scotland. I know it is far more convenient for those in the south east buy somewhere more central and/or close to an airport would be far better and more inclusive. I know finding venues is a real challenge and I appreciate that sometimes availability outweighs everything else. If the next Oggcamp is at Canterbury I don't think I will be able to attend.
As a suggestion, how about Dublin as a venue?
