A very interesting approach to explaining Elasticsearch. Building a "dating site for ducks" and explaining how you can use Elasticsearch features to improve search results was a brilliant idea.

This man is a natural. You can put him in front of any crowd and he will entertain them. As for the talk, even though it is not a technical PHP talk, people absolutely loved it. The content was clear and I think every one picked up a handy tip or 2.

I was very impressed with how Stephen handled himself on stage considering this was his first presentation at a conference like this. The crowd also seemed to enjoy it and started interacting very early on. Well done.

It's always a pleasure seeing Wim on stage. I am yet to see one of his talks and not learn something.

I saw Chris talking in April this year before seeing him again at this conference. Seeing how far he has come with regards to being on stage is truly inspiring. Loved the content of the talk and it even got me to go back to my hotel room and play around with the concept myself. Very well done.

Amazing speaker. It was clear from the beginning that she had a ton of experience. Seemed very comfortable on stage and even handled a slight technical error with the microphones like an absolute professional. As for the talk, it was great. The crowd responded unbelievably well and everyone enjoyed it. It takes a lot of talent to get the crowd that active as the last talk on the last day of the conference.

Great talk, very informative. I think you are great speaker/teacher, i could really relate to a lot of things you touched on. I've always been hungry to learn more and that is why i enjoy development so much. I from JHB, so i have joined jorbugPHP hope we could meet sometimes...thanks!
