Good things: average quality of talks was high; good food (as always!); good location and overall service; good unconference track. Bad things: some delays; projectors acting up sometimes; location is getting too small as the attendance is growing over the years;
inspiring as always
As usual, I am really satisfied about the quality of the event. A big thank you to the organizers!
If I really have to find something to fix/improve, here's a couple of items.
1) Many talks were slightly OT: side tools, inspirational, methodologies. They were all interesting, but at PHPday I'd really like to hear about all things PHP.
2) No female speakers. I know for sure this was not intentional and that organizers really tried to have some, but still it's something that I hope will be addressed in future editions.
