Talk comments

Never easy taking the slot after lunch, and on something like coding standards, it could have gone horribly wrong.

It didn't.

Lots of dry humour, lots of poking fun at the community (we deserve it), and getting the point across while keeping the energy going in the room. It was paced well, and a few techniques will be stolen and added to my list for the future.

Clearly talking from experience there was a lot to get through in a short amount of time, although as others have said the talking was a little too fast.
I was unsure at first where this talk was going - I didn't realise people still used Windows on development machines, but I can certainly now see the advantages.

Started off well, but became too New Relic focused; the end half almost a tour of their web app - which didn't really feel suited to the audience. I've always really liked Sebastian's talks, so I was a little disappointed by this one. That said, the first half was good, and the whole talk was well delivered.

Good talk and a great way to start the conference off. The split room worked well, but Ivo walking backwards and forwards across the stage was a little distracting.

Despite using Guzzle, this talk really showed how much there is to the project; I didn't know there was support for building full API clients with service commands, a really nice touch I can see myself using in the near future.

A brilliant talk. Flawlessly delivered, and the content touched on the principles just enough to give you a decent overview without trying to go too far and losing your interest.

Best talk of the day. Great content and great delivery. Some really interesting concepts - I'll definitely being looking more into the domain event pattern and checking out some of the listed resources. Hope to see more talks from you at future conferences.
