An amazing presentation of the core of a Ed, just another human being living it day to day and learning to take it a day at a time.
Keep strong, you're doing great.
Great presentation. Thank you so much for your openness. Having dealt with so much as well I appreciate how difficult it is to talk about it, so thank you!
Provided lots of food for thought about issues that aren't discussed. Very well presented.
Great talk, Ed. It takes a lot of courage to be so open about this, and I appreciate the strength it takes to get up there and do it.
Great talk about a subject that I think is more common than most people think. I was very impressed by Ed's courage and openness and the way the talk was presented. This is where joind.in needs a sixth thumb. Or a seventh. Or ten. Deeply impressed.
Thank you Ed, this was a genuine, open talk about a subject most people avoid talking about. I'm impressed by your courage and skill to bring this talk in a way that most people can relate to, either from own experiences or from hearsay.
I'm impressed and now aware about things I said or did that I should have done differently.
Thanks for the talk Ed. Tough subject, glad you chose to share with us.
Inspired by the amount of courage Ed had to share this talk with us, wonderful talk. It was eye-opening to see how the way we interact with people affects them.
An extremely courageous and open talk.
Excellent talk that seems to have resonated well with the whole audience. Really incredible.
awesome. thanks.
An outstanding, emotive, important talk. Ed is very brave to deliver this talk with an intense but necessary level of personal details. Would have been pleased with this as a keynote, and I wish that it had been, as it would have reached more folks.
This is such an important topic but by its very nature, the people who truly understand it can find it hard to tell those stories. Ed gave so much of himself to tell that story today, I tweeted that he is a hero, and I meant it.
That was incredibly powerful. I can't say anything more complimentary than what's already been said, but I can add that this was extremely meaningful to me and will help me cope with my own challenges. Thanks for this.
This talk was amazing. Thank you Ed for bringing so much of yourself to this talk and showing people that they may not be alone in their problems. It seems to me that this is a common trend amongst developers and giving them the confidence to stand up and find a solution or at least comfort in a group is truly a important step.
Great talk, great delivery.
Thanks for driving out for a day to share this during the uncon. It was inspiring to hear you open up about this and increase awareness on the subject, and I'm sure it will have an impact on folks long after the conference.
What an amazing talk! Thanks for being so open, and sharing your story. I know it will help a lot of people, and I'm sure that some of the community came closer together that day.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for Ed for stepping up and hitting a hard and personal topic in an appropriate and useful way. I'm looking forward to seeing how this talk changes and impacts the community over time.
