Quite focused on the issues, easy to follow lecture, very understandable examples.

Excellent talk with great use of storytelling and humor. Loved the topic as it was very applicable - I'll definitely be taking these lessons home!

This was an awesome introductory crash-course. I feel like I can talk somewhat intelligently about how much I don't know now. :)

Good overview on stepping back and having a conversation with people -- your users, your fellow devs, your UX people -- to arrive at an actual usable interface. Captured many of the things our company has been going through and are trying to do.

Minor quibble... Needs more otters.

I really enjoyed your perspective and showing off the ugly interfaces.

I would have liked to seen a few examples ugly interfaces transformed into better interfaces. That would have been helpful to avoid pitfalls that we all probably do.

Great talk! Everyone should be able to understand the basics of UX. We don't have to be experts to be able to make non-crappy interfaces.

Engaging and polished speaker. Nice use of humor in showing of the "Programmer Interfaces" Coaching humility is a tough pill to swallow at times. Thanks for the presentation
