Solid talk. I learned a few things, and I've used tooling to do a11y improvements before. The site audit example was pretty great as well.

More people need to talk about this, and this is the first time I've seen Paulo speak. He does the job well, so hopefully I see him on future conference lineups.

I saw a version of this talk back in...2017 at PNWPHP I believe. While this wasn't a full refresh ('cuz Uncon on short notice), I still learned a ton the second time, and Elizabeth lived up to her reputation for being a knowledgeable, humorous, and engaging speaker.

If she submits this at your conference, accept it. I would attend this again, net of updates for the current state of MySQL/Postgres/etc.

Talks like this make you realize that you've only ever scratched the surface of what a database can do. Fantastic talk!

This was super informative. Gave me some ideas for projects back home.

A good refresher on webhooks in general, and I learned a lot about security strategies which I hadn’t even considered that I should be thinking about. Really good presentation skills! Thanks!

Scott explained all of the various secure mechanism very well. Made it easier to make an informed choice when implementing web hooks.

As a junior developer, it was illuminating to get a high level view of where the language is today and the efforts that are going into it to now just keep the language alive but to grow its popularity in the tech space. Thanks for answering all of my noob questions! :)

I've never worked with a DBA so all of my SQL knowledge is self taught. This talk not only let me know that most of what I was already doing was correct, but also gave me insight to a couple of other things that I need to be doing to get even better.

Lots of good information. A lot of what was covered is very prevalent to what my current project and goals.

Going into this talk I knew I was getting in over my head with the content of the talk, but I was able to walk away with it with a better understanding of the terminal and these dotfiles that I'm used to just passing over until now. Thanks for putting this together!
