This was a fabulous and VERY informative session!!!
Very interesting. It made me think that the 1st thing my staff would say is that they don't have time to do this kind of self assessment/development...that's a problem. We need to make sure we have time to develop them, no matter what their level.
Low energy from the presenters. Information presented was not new or innovative. Focused solely on the University of Alabama and did not present ideas or best practices that could easily be transferable to other institutions.
