Fantastic opening talk. Really set the mood of the conference and was amazing to hear his story.
Great talk, overcame some tech issues, and still did awesome. Amanda brought up great points of API development.
As usual for Ryan an excellent presentation. Very practical and quite complete. Feel like I could go out and implement it pretty easily. Only suggestion would be maybe to go a bit slower, leave out some of the examples, and perhaps pull back a bit to insert overview/sum up slides. Maybe a slide with class diagram or something showing how all the pieces work together (user provider/user/guard/router/request etc).
Very clear and relaxed talk. Impressive poise and demeanor for a first talk at a conference. Got the concept across very well. Since you had a bit of time left over, might add something to bring it into the programming world and give a couple examples of patterns and anti-patterns.
Great talk! Heartfelt and inspiring. Who would have thought that from a Microsoft guy ;-)
