One constructive comment would be to update code snippets to not have a dark background as with this/many projectors, it can be harder to read when from the back.

To be completely honest, I thought this was going to be a bit of a sales pitch, but was happily impressed that it was actually a dive into their process, issues, and solutions encountered while building Blackfire.
