Awesome data driven insight into their lab environment. Nice to see the lessons I learned 10 years ago when I was the lab guy still ring true. New tools make analysis of usage patterns much more useful than the back of envelope approach we used to take at my previous institution. Very nicely done, especially considering the ad hoc nature of the presentation.

Would have liked to have heard the end of the talk. Hope he will continue to communicate with IT across the system and state by all means possible.

This was a very good presentation. I hadn't had a chance to explore Elluminate yet, and this was very helpful in showing its possibilities as well as the challenges.

Enjoyed the presentation. I was unfamiliar with Yammer and this was a good introduction.
