Some great advice in this talk. However, I would say that REST still has it's place and saying that one should not use REST and only use GET then RPC is a gross generalization. That being said, I agree that this would apply to most applications.

Good eamples, tips and description on how to use tools like stomp for making non blocking fast mqueues that decoupled and easy to extend.
Great talk! It would be helpful to discuss how to handle teams honoring their API contracts since microservices depend so much on the proper communication and documentation of their APIs in order for this to work.
