I wandered in towards the end of Joes talk. I wish I'd caught all of it! I'll def. check out his artisan talk.
Tutorial for the beginners. Clark knows the drill and his session had everything covered.
The presenter's knowledge of the subject seemed very good. The presenter was both well-spoken and understandable at all points during the presentation. The usage of multiple views (bash terminals) on the screen to display various parts of the scripts at work was a fantastic way to give visual representation of the code at work. The presenter was also able to answer any and all questions directed to him.
Enjoyed this talk. Thanks for perfectly prepared presentation and examples. The Crawler example probably was redundant.
Yes the examples were too fast. Also don't get side lined with ZF2/ZF3 stuff like DI.
Excellent job helping people with issues as they happened, as well as approaching the problem from the base level so people could understand each step from manual commands to docker files to docker composer, etc
Good Tutorial
The commands used could have been provided along with the preparation instructions. That way we could follow the implementations without constantly having to request to see the full commands (the terminal windows did not fit the screen, and so parts of the commands would be hidden because of the scrolling)
Other than that, nice workshop.
Great and hands-on talk. Enough interaction with the speaker to get the most out of it. Was nice to be able to do the stuff on my laptop and see results and get the explanation to really know what's going on. Can't wait to go to the 'From Docker to production' talk also!
Great talk, good background info and nice hands-on bit. Speaker knows a lot about the subject and takes time to answer questions and give insight.
For me, I would like to have the second part (hands-on) longer and a little less background as part of a tutorial, but that might just be a matter of what you want to gain from the talk.
