So, you've written some code. It looks good to you, and you decide to make it available to the general public on GitHub. However, looking at other repos, you see badges and badges everywhere. Let's dive in and inspect what's hidden behind those badges – some are there just to show off while the others just might reveal some cool information. Coping with the growth of a project and problems that it brings is and always will be challenging. One way might be by embracing the natural progress. Not rushing into things can make it much easier to handle change. Because once it starts, you can expect change to be the only thing constant.
