I just realized today that it would be nice to hear advice for a project that has too many stakeholders or a project where there is not a clear decision maker for the client. I wish I had thought to ask yesterday.

entertaining,
and yet, clearly given based on technical experience (and a deep familiarity with the books).
Some of the information from the Q&A could go into the presentation as it was a bit short, but ... this also would fit really nicely into session slots of different time lengths at other conferences.

Great idea for a program! I just wish that there was more. I'll bet the are lessons from other books as well. Best title for a session too
