I found this valuable. Thanks Joel!

Interesting topic but lacked some substance

Really well presented, high-energy keynote to start the day. Interesting topic and although nothing new to me, always worth talking about.

Great.

Very Important topic. Would love to see more talks related to mental health.

A good thought provoking keynote. Being able to identify with some of the burnout red flags, provided a good mirror for self reflection

Firstly, I am NOT a fan of keynotes; they are too general and often have no relevance to PHP. But Joel absolutely smashed this. Mental health is not a stigma. It should not be hidden away from sight so people have to suffer in silence. Mental health must be openly spoken about and only more brave individuals like Joel speaking about their experiences so passionately are going to change this. So bravo, Joel, you were one of the outstanding talks this year.

I sat on the front row. Felt like I had the front row seats of a concert, your energy delivering this keynote makes it the best talk of the conference for me. Thank you for sharing your important message and an experience that a lot of us need to hear.

An excellent, and personal talk from someone who is clearly passionate about an under-discussed topic.

One of the best talks at the conference. Mental health is often hidden away and this brought it out into the open.
