A few years ago, Ed Finkler got the conversation going about working in tech with mental health issues. Today we are keeping the dream alive with OSMI, pushing forward helping people understand what's out there in the way of help and understanding. We will look at stats, stories, and more as we work through some tough issues.

Matt absolutely killed it! This talk was heavy. Matt was vulnerable, but interspersed just the right amount of humor. If you get the chance to see this talk, you REALLY need to take the opportunity.

Nailed it. Props for being vulnerable, and for sharing the scope of the issues and actions both people and employers can do to comat 'em.

Great talk!
(As a non-native speaker, I do not understand everything Matt said, but the slides are a great help!)

Matt did an outstanding Job with a powerful blend of vulnerability, humor, and lively storytelling. This keynote was both very informative and inspiring.

Great talk! Thank you for sharing your story and stories of others.

Matt, you did an amazing job. Sharing personal stories is hard, but essential for impacting people who need to hear that they're not alone.

Chock full of excellent refactoring tips and techniques with excellent, thoughtful reasoning.

It's really tough getting that real first thing in the morning, but Matt did an excellent job. It was brutally honest and personal, but facts were also backed up by real, tangible data. Super important topic, and Matt knocked it out of the park.

This brought up some hard topics without being too uncomfortable. Great things to think about.
