Everybody wants to be a leader. Everybody wants to be the Drum Major out in front leading the band. How many actually know how to be a leader?
To help each other become better leaders, let's examine a kids joke and see how meany leadership lessons we can extract from it. (Spoiler Alert: More than you think)

Nicely done. Great content, great delivery. One tiny nitpick: one of the slides near the end had pretty poor contrast when shown on the projector.
Well presented, with good leadership lessons arising from the opening joke.
Perhaps tone down on the gruesomeness of some of the descriptions since that description distracts from the tone and subject of leadership.
Sadly I didn't catch the start of this but what I did catch was funny, informative and encouraging
I learned a lot from Cal today!
Not only that I am that person he described in his talk, I made all the mistakes he described.
On the other side, no I know how to do my part of the job better and how to get to my goal faster.
Great talk with useful info on becoming a leader and what to do when you're in that position. Would love to hear Cal talk again.
Cal had me completely at "We put the lock on the door and productivity skyrocketed, since C-Suite couldn't walk in and bother the devs."
