Enlightening, albeit heartbreaking account of the issues and history of Unicode support (or lack thereof) in PHP.

A very honest presentation about a failed effort and trying to examine what happened. As soon as the video is online, I am going to highly recommend it to some people involved in community efforts who are making similarly long term major changes to established projects.
