How To Get There

I enjoyed this talk very much. I like the idea of having at least one talk even at technical conferences about career strategy. It is such an important topic. This was the kind of talk that got you thinking about the big picture. Maybe future conferences could have a talk by some sort of IT career expert(?)

I really enjoyed this talk as well. Larry's a very personable and down-to-earth speaker. He discussed traits on how to be successful in your life and career, while giving a history of how he got to where he is, which was helpful to see how other's do it.

As others have noted, Larry is an excellent speaker. He told his story, but also related the lessons he has learned that can help other to create their own stories. Well done.

I have been reading Larry's books and following Larry Ullman's web sites for 10 years. To hear him, in person, explaining his story, was great.

After you have read a book a year from someone - you think you know him, and in person he does not disappoint! His presentations are as clear and organized as his books.
