Would have liked a few more examples of where coupling is perfectly fine / feasible as at times this talk still felt a little bit de-coupling friendly.
This goes in the category of "getting past dogma and building something useful". Get paid today, and don't create maintenance headaches tomorrow, better known as, how to predict the future. A good talk, with a natural structure, and a few welcome hints that software development is about people more than it is about code.

I really enjoyed Ciaran's talk. Great pace, appropriate examples and good content made it a easy to follow and understand.
Great talk with good examples as to when and when we should be decoupling or not. Delivery was great too.
