Technical problems definitely hurt the flow of the talk, though Stephan dealt with it really well. I think a bit too much time was spent at the start looking at VCS and application set-up, it felt a bit slow to me. However, I did learn about some of the PHP packaging features and repos - definitely something to investigate more in future projects.
Very good speech in Jarek's light style.
Maybe you just could extract JavaScript query code from Java strings :-)
Maybe even highlight it.
Nice overview what to do and not to do when developing android apps.
I found out about few cool tools, but overall I felt a little bit tired at the end of presentation.
Interesting topic and quite good speaker. It looked like speaker began to rush at the end.
It was nice talk. Presentation showed argumentation stand behind TDD. Part about clients was similar to BDD concept, that should not be strange. I think that BDD is TDD (done the right way ;) ) Live coding is always dangerous but I think that Rowan handled it. Examples was basic but that is probably good.
I like the way how it was presented too. Like jakub.zalas said it's pitty we didn't have time for questions.
Good talk and introduction into android apps programming. Thank you :)
Good subject, well presented with an interesting approach. Could be better prepared (we kind of run out of time). I missed more outlined conclusions.
Although presented solutions not always felt "right" it was great to listen someone with an experience in working with high load portal. Thanks!
Humorous start looking at PHP optimization tips from the Internet got things going well. Nice selections of tools, hadn't tried siege before but I think I will now. The demo sections were handled nicely too - always a screenshot to fall back on if things didn't work.
