The AI section was perhaps disproportionate, but I'm always happy to hear prominent voices warning that AI is not the cure-all that marketing makes it out to be.

Not quite what I expected going in, but it turned out to be a great introduction to PHP Internals' RFC process and how to fill in gaps in the PHP documentation with useful background. I also really appreciated the "Epochs of PHP" framing, as it really helped set context and show how far we've come as a community.

A lot of great points in your talk. I find hiring outside the US to be an ethical challenge and you helped make it less so.

Thank you for the talk! It was helpful to hear what you had to say about resumes and making them stand out. I'll be better about what I put on my resume next time I need one.

Definitely provocative. Raised many good questions. Some are unanswered, but thinking about them is the best start.

Thought provoking talk - obviously there are counter-points to each conclusion the talk arrives at. But the questions raised are complex and worth wrestling with.

Thank you for putting this talk together.

Thorough walkthrough of writing an extension in rust. The pace was good and understandable for this non-rust (and C) developer. Appreciated learning more about this process.

Solid introduction to event sourcing, with some practical examples. Would love for it to have a straight up comparison of the different libraries in regard to event sourcing behavior and if / how they're implemented.

I thought the Q&A at the end was a very worthwhile discussion.

Great end of day talk combining hobbies, the ridiculous developer experience of Amazon, and how a few lines of code + the devices we now live with can help make life a little simpler.
